Your cart is the last step before placing a B2B order with ObeyaBoards. All prices are shown excluding VAT, which is standard for business purchases in the Netherlands and the wider EU. VAT is calculated automatically in checkout based on your delivery country and, for EU companies, your valid VAT number. You can adjust quantities, remove items or apply a discount code at any time before completing your order.

Shipping, delivery and tracking

We ship our Obeya boards, mobile whiteboards and accessories from our Dutch warehouse. Smaller items typically arrive within a few business days, while large-format boards are delivered by specialised carriers to make sure they arrive safely. Shipping costs are calculated transparently based on your products and destination, and free shipping thresholds are shown directly in the order summary so you always know where you stand.

Secure payment and invoicing

Checkout is handled through a secure payment environment with iDEAL, credit card and other common European methods. As a B2B supplier we provide a proper VAT invoice for every order, which is sent automatically after payment so your finance team can process it without delay.
